The SLT who could not run a lunch rush and or even know anything other than what McKensie tells them to do are cancer to this wonderful brand. They have chased experienced Owner/Operators out, fired experienced staff and continue to cut everything passing the G&A to the Owner/Operators PNL's. The Owner/Operator Leadership does not want to stir up anything of real disagreement, just fret about issues and allow the SLT to rule with an iron fist. It is time for the Owner Operators to say NO ! The Leadership Owner Operators must stand ground. If they won't listen to our leadership then disinvite them to our meetings. Tell them to pay meeting fees to attend BU Meetings and give them no time on the agenda. Take charge and set our course, rather than listen to their BS, tune them out like they have done to us. Allowing Franchising Standard changes that are not written in the Franchising Agreement must be stopped. SBO interjections used as rent increases and ROFRs to again raise rents is criminal and the NFLA and NOA attorneys need to start working on litigation to fight this attack on our equity. NRBES as a forced inspection of not needed items also and attack on equity needs to stop. The last 5 years controlling demands of the SLT have been reprehensible and if really investigated, a material breach of the Franchise Agreement. Set the lawyers to attack mode and push back. Call Elon ask him to look into it as liberal Chris, Board and Joe will have many demons to face.
