Hey McDonald's SLT. Maybe you should look to get music group Queen as the next celebrity meal. Using their song "Another One Bites the Dust". So happy that the person that carried Myra's bags around comes with so much knowledge. Oh, with all his AOP operational training he has the insight to correct the listing McD Ship. What a joke McKinsey has encouraged the SLT to take anyone out with experience and replace with people without a clue. What a mess
Owners -WAKE UP! Mcd is following a plan devised by McKinsey that will decimate your equity. Fight back now ,or accept the consequences of higher rents and royalties and ten year leases. NFLA is silent on this !
Wouldn't it be great if the people who complete programs like AOP actually had to run a McDonald's store for a year and be entirely responsible for sales, profits, QSC, etc.? First to wash out of such a requirement? ... The Ivy Leaguers. .
They do not have the drive and determination. The entire team wants to be like Chris K. Using the Board to get rich quick and leave with a large chunk of the company. This will lead to others cleaning the mess up. This inexperience will only bring more discounting and less profits for the Owner Operators. Our Leadership Owner Operators need to collectively push back. They will spin this as weather related while many of us will not weather the storm as they spin deals and increase rents.

So, Jami is, like, really good at looking at hard problems and sayin’, "Hey, let’s fix this!" Back in 2023, we were tryin’ to make our business run faster ‘cause, you know, slow is bad. We needed one big ol’ team to handle all the smart stuff like numbers and plans. Jami was thinkin’ about quittin’ back then, but he was like, "Nah, lemme do this one last thing before I bounce."
And boy, did he do it! He made sure we had one smart team to look at all the important stuff and make big decisions super quick. Now, thanks to him, we ain’t wastin’ time guessin’ what to do. We just do it!
Jami’s been real good at his job, and lotsa folks here are gonna miss his brain doin’ all that fancy data magic. He’s been part of McDonald’s history now, which is kinda like bein’ a legend but, you know, with spreadsheets.
So yeah, Jami, have fun doin’ retired people stuff! Eat a burger or somethin’! Byeeee!
