DEI has been far more than a corporate policy - it's a state of mind. If the corporate types aren't brainwashed in college, they certainly become indoctrinated into DEI beliefs early in their corporate life. Some corporate types know they owe their jobs to DEI. The DEI belief system doesn't go away with a simple change to the corporate website. .

DEI is not dead at MCD by any means. It will simply remain camouflaged in another name or policy
No longer!!!. Employees should be assessed according to merit, accomplishment and character
