Scott is right- we need a voice at the table or we are shut out of governmental decisions. That voice for us is the NOA and the NOA Legislative Engagement arm. EVERY owner must support your NOA.
Protect yourself- .69 cents a day is cheap insurance to insure you have that voice.

I have spoken with that operator. Further influencing his decision to close was the companies decision to greedily hike his rent significantly on an expiring lease. Incredibly greedy. But as Myra was quoted as saying, you only RENT that business. BUYER BEWARE

Every owner should speak out like Scott does. To he!! with the company discouraging it. Speak the truth.

Sadly, many operators are intimidated by the company and face harassment or retribution if they dont tow the company line. The NOA is the last, best choice to protect your equity and your rights. Why everyone isnt a member astounds me.
