DEI was a monumental disaster. It did more harm than good and denied people eminently more qualified for positions to be passed over for less qualified individuals in a mis-guided effort to "level the playing field". Reverse discrimination is still discrimination. Something the so-called "well-meaning" Liberal Left fails to realize. It also promotes division in the ranks and damages morale. DEI has no place in America. Neither does Marxist thought and ideology.
