They are not better. and it drives the grill crews nuts with all the required new steps. Will further slow service with no appreciable gain in quality.
Heres a thought- why not increase the 10-1 patty (1.6oz) to 8-1 ,(2.0 ounces)? Would make regulars and macs much more meatier.(+25%)
