I don't think anyone at corporate approves this stuff. It appears they give these promotional partners the right to use the brand any way they want to use it. In this case, the "merch" comes from:

The website doesn't appear to have anything to do with McDonald's Corp. Do the PC Morons even know it exists?
For instance, the restaurant they used is not representative of the typical image corporate would use. It looks like something Cardi's people pulled off Google. Small point - those cars are right-hand drive. Maybe only Brits get lit? .
