An initial review of the McDonald's Owner/Operator "Values" requirements leaves two questions:
* Are McDonald's Corporation, their employees, directors, vendors and subsidiaries also guided by these "McDonald's Values"?
* Are McDonald's corporate employees also required to be "Brand Ambassadors" by avoiding political controversies such as those currently afoot in the City of Chicago?

Do as I say, NOT as I Do......

In my 30 plus years in McD, I have seen corporate employees and supplier reps intimidate, harass, attempt to seduce, discriminate, and display many other "Values". How will that be addressed??????
McD Values? How about Steve Easterbrook?
What also needs to be addressed is the fact that 75 percent of our complaints come from m o p digital glitches and shake machine malfunctions that nobody will rectify and we are penalized for.
If you read QSR magazines latest edition (Sept 2022) you will find several facts that tell you how greedy our franchisor is, and how poor as "partners" they are. First, the vast majority of franchisors charge only a fraction of the original initial franchise fees at renewal/rewrite. Secondly, a large percentage of franchisors ,realizing the economic impact of the current rising wages and commodity costs, have actually CUT their fees (rent, service, etc) to help franchisees remain viable. One look no further than the draconian MCD new Franchising Policy (effective 1/1/23) to see their greed and manipulation. But of course Joe E thinks franchisees "make too much money". Ray and Fred would be ASHAMED
