I would be very surprised if Chris K does not get on board. He is such a PC type that he wont be able to resist seeming "Woke". And with all the upcoming black discrimination lawsuit , he may think it will help our reputation. (it wont. the lawsuits are about MONEY)
McDonalds mandated PEOPLE programs and Diversity Training Programs, endorsed by the NFLA has just placed MCD in the crosshairs for unionized and NLRB as JOINT EMPLOYER.
Where's the field vote in these matters?
NFLA has ZERO authority to endorse contractual matters for franchisees that violates the independently signed franchise agreement.

Global people... violates country laws and sovereignty. Violates the franchise agreement of independent operators, creating Joint Employer relation.
If operators need this sort of relationship, perhaps they should sell and become a McOpCo supervisor.
