This marketing campaign also called for baristas to write the hashtag #RaceTogether on customers' cups – similar to how Starbucks is already known for writing customers' names on each cup. It was characterized as a "fiasco" by some media outlets, to the extent that Starbucks' vice president of public relations deleted his Twitter account.

They will open thousands of units, start to bleed cash, and then close over half of them. Its happened before.
