In a related event, a former Regional Manager (now an operator) who is mentioned PROMINATELY in the discrimination lawsuit by TWO black women MCD employees, AND multiple black operators, has been "appointed"(NOT elected) to the FO NFLA rep position. With all the hubbub and media scrutiny over the lawsuit, WHY would this be allowed? The lawsuit plaintiffs must be rejoicing over this. And why was he selected, not elected? MCD digging a deeper hole.
