Many "hold outs" fear retaliation from the empire in Chicago. Especially, the second gen's.
The hold outs either fear retaliation, or have their heads up MCDs arse.(especially former MCD employees -"Be a 4, get a store")

I know a couple operator hold outs that are friends, but they sure do reap the benefits don’t they. Frustrating.

Don't blame the NOA for $1 coffee and $1 ASD- blame OPNAD and your OPNAD rep. NOA does not get to vote on marketing promotions,do they?
