BI needs to interview more than the two puppets (of MCD) Courtney and Travis. They are hardly representative of the Operator body. Reach out to more operator sources, especially in the NOA.
Kate Taylor at Business Insider has done a great job of looking for McDonald's Owner/Operators to quote. Maybe more Operators should reach out to her? She can't publish the comments of people who refuse to return her calls or E-mails. .
Interesting to see that both Chris K and the Chairman of the Board , Enrique Hernandez Jr, are both graduates of Harvard. Ala matre, must be more important than professional experience.

74% of US Operators are NOA members, and they choose two non NOA members as sources??????
