Seems like a bargain price McDonald's real estate department geniuses they are. McDonald's moved because they wanted to attract better talent but the buyer operates well known popular progressive brands that are built all by marketing hype and is a raving environmentalist.

WHY did MCD not De-arch the campus like they force us to do to closed or relo stores? Hypocrites!
I'd assume they dearched the campus when they moved last year (haven't been there). Any pictures you see here or elsewhere are likely pre-move.
