This is a good read for all of us. It does not change my way of thinking, that McD. leadership is leading us into a black HOLE of NO profit. It does shine a light on a better way to get to a Win / Win. Isn’t this what ALL the Owners really desire.
At the most recent NOA meeting, it was stated that over 50% of US operators have joined the NOA. whats wrong with the other half?
