Everybody wins EXCEPT the Operator!
For years and years "Holding Times" were drilled into our heads as being critical to quality.Delivery orders have an average time before opening by the customers of over 20 minutes some as long as an hour.
Another process where fees and cost were negotiated without thought of the cost to the operator. Why is it on todays 3 legged stool we all must sit on, the leg for the operator has a spike.
The three legged stool is now a memory. Nothing more.
