Do not know of Mr. Hoffman but sounds like he has a good restaurant background, knows getting rid of low selling menu items will increase the speed of their service and most likely improve sales overall, along with smart growth plans. Versus our US President who I do not think has ever worked or ran a restaurant in his life, he comes from a retail consumer background where their number thing is to create new and more products for growth adding new skews regularly and market those products. The consumer retail companies rarely discontinue products they just do "new and improved" and remarket them. Looks like we will keep expanding our menu and speed of service will be our fault.
