Zarco has been around this business and its franchisee's a long time. MCD operators would be wise to bring him on board to advise them as changes keep coming. He is located in Miami.
I love this talking point comment by the El Pollo Loco executive "For more than 30 years, El Pollo Loco has been a champion of its franchisees and has a long track record of exemplary franchise relations. We believe the facts will prevail.” Sounds a lot like McDonald's not practicing what they preach; that El Pollo Loco suit would make a good recruit for the McDonald's Corp.
