The SEIU made an attempt to organize my organization. They are just so dumb. Our employee's realized the things they were saying and promising were just BS. Their tactic's were underhanded and embarrassing to the employee's. Many of our people have been with us for many years and know first hand how fair we have been, how involved over the years we have been with their families, many of their children call me by my first name. The union people we just out of touch and mean spirited. I don't understand how they organize anyone.
