A recent example, offer ‘Employee Experience of the Future’ benefits – offer a vacation to all, etc. or face being hassled or worse yet, forced out. The climate is either say yes or face the consequences. Expandable and rewritable is no longer criteria for growth and rewrite. This will not work. Worse yet, they will run off Owner/Operators who are good at this and are the lynchpin of this whole thing.

There are still 500-800 stores that need to be CLOSED , and a good many of them are in WALMARTS
