Missouri gets it. California does not, as State minimum wage increases to $15/hr by 2022. A high school student who works more than 8 hours a day will be at $22.50/hr for the next four hours, and at $30/hr for any time over 12 hours a day....you know, to cover a shift, making more per hour than your store manager in some cases.
