It's official - there is no one left on the McDonald's management team with operations experience. Some have been regional managers, but never run a store.

Just a bunch of accountants.

And you'll lose more staff at the end of September when voluntary buyouts kick in. People with 11 months of experience are going to be wise sages!

And still paying the same damn service fee!

And they're not done yet, they want to force co-ops to merge, reducing the Operators voice further. The Cmo (on the job for two years) wants MORE money to go to opnad. Doesn't understand LSM at all!

Totally stupid. The lack of operational experience at the highest levels will doom our brand. Easterbrook is a disaster

MODERN AND PROGRESSIVE. And dumb as a box of rocks

Who makes the decisions?

What is his background? Where did he come from? Has he turned 21, yet? He looks younger than my kids.

I assume such a decison is made by the CEO in consultation with the board of directors.

"Kempczinski has significant experience in strategy and operations with some of the world’s leading consumer companies, including Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo and most recently, Kraft Heinz. ... Most recently, Kempczinski was Executive Vice President of Growth Initiatives and President of Kraft International," from MCD website

His Linkedin bio says he started college in '87 so - late 40s?

For such a "modern and progressive" burger company, I don't see any African-Americans on the executive team.
