The tax savings appears significant. However, the improvements have to be paid for from new sales generated from the remodel. What do these remodels do for these other smaller chains? What per centage increase needs to be achieved to breakeven?
I would like to know more about the Wendy's lawsuit.
Only applies to publicly traded franchisees or ones with audited financial statements?? Are you kidding. Sounds like this rule was made to benefit the franchisor rather than the franchisee.
