SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — California legislators and labor unions have reached a tentative agreement that will take the state's minimum wage from $10 to $15 an hour, a state senator said, a move that would make for the largest statewide minimum in the nation
Don't let your heart be troubled. That inexperienced 18-year old full-time employee will only cost you $34K/year(plus benefits and workers comp),and $22.50/hr. for overtime. But it won't fully kick-in until 2022, giving California operators time to learn how to deal their new collective bargaining agreements and Joint-Employer liability. Modern and progressive.
