Does the Author work for Oak Brook? Franchisees are STRENGTH of the McD system. McD has proven it can not even run its own stores, as evidenced by the McOpCo sell off. Corp needs to be as responsive to Operators concerns as it is to Wall Street and Shareholder concerns. THAT is the underlying problem.
