CYT - "Also the cost of converting/remodeling our kitchens, the added labor needed, and
the increased complexity and food costs will make this a poison pill for all but the most
foolish operators to follow. Let McOpCo do it for 3 years FIRST."

This sounds like a good idea in isolation, but the reality is that McOpco would support the initiative with heavy media coverage and the "only at participating restaurants" message would drive our heavy users to their patches.
That assumes a high demand for CYT - is there?
Our ROA next week has one agenda item for the entire meeting which is CYT. The train has left the station!!

Maybe Oak Brook knows that McOpCos would not have the ability to pull it off operationaly.
