It's a gimmick not going to bring more customers in and jury still out if folks will visit more often. McDonald's is more worried about that then addressing our perception of our food quality, simplicity of the menu and getting orders right. Bottom-line if McD's does an app my voice scores will go down (that will be my fault), will cost us a fortune in dollars and time to implement, won't bring more customers in etc. etc. we need to be focusing on bigger issues.
