Better products at a higher price point is correct but it must be coupled with reducing the unmanageable menu board and eliminating products that do not contribute to cash flow and have a low demand from our customers. There are some simple solutions that can produce great improvement if the company will just do it. Plus, don't forget the drive thru. Lot of missed opportunity there.
Moving up is NOT the answer. Just look to the disaster that was SEARS when they tried to Upscale. Stick to our concept, cut the menu 25%, improve food quality, and LISTEN to the operators. THAT will cure our malaise.
