Operators run 85% of the stores,soon to be 90% Why is there no operator representation on the McDonalds Board of Directors ???
With 85% voice, what is everyone waiting for? Nominate an Operator , make a vote, and veto them in. I'm sure even shareholders would agree.
But McDonald's controls 100% of the franchises/licenses.
