Where is the USA President in all of this? Has be been fired already? Can someone explain "DIGITAL" as key to our turn around. Are they talking about marketing. Somebody make me smart about this.

They Elimtate training & Field consultant positions which was a good first step. Then turn around and start hiring 250 digital hacks.
What are these leaders doing? There is NO intelligent life in Oakbrook anymore.
