I noticed a few years ago that every corporate person in my region was starting almost every sentence with the word "so." In this transcript, Easterbrook does this repeatedly. Am I the only operator that feels like when they start out with "so," it is almost as though they are saying "letting me dumb this down enough for you idiots to understand?" It comes off as very arrogant and annoying to me.
