We have not hired entry level employee's for minimum wage for years. Our average hourly rate is $8.70. We expect that that will move upward even without all the BS going on with the unions. However, the poor decisions made by MCD impacting stores, marginal new sites will keep store volume lower requiring less hours and fewer employee's.
