Lets hope DavCo wins. If they do , then McD operators have a hope of doing the same thing as it sets a precedent. And our remodels/rebuilds cost twice what Wendys do. GO DAVCO !!
They don't have to win to enable us to say no. I have hope that MCD is slowing realizing that they have nearly ruined the system with their heavy handed methods forcing debt on the operators. These methods also play into the argument of "joint employer". Somebody up there must be ringing their hands about what could happen in all of this. But, maybe they are just too arrogant and stupid to see it.
The new building and new dining rooms were supposed to bring in millennials and raise our average check. Neither happened. Oh, and Mccafe was supposed to steal customers away from Starbucks.

Hey, don't go hatin on McCafe! Like most O/Os I'd like to sell or junk the espresso machine but the rest of McCafe is a good deal for my stores.
