I don’t know much about her marketing ability but if this campaign fails, which right now does not look like strong campaign not only should she be fired but Kevin Newell should not use her as a scape goat; he hired her, approved this campaign he needs to be held accountable and be terminated too if this fails I have never thought much of him.

Kevin N. has moved on to be a zone pres. He will no longer be responsible for anything. Even if he gets fired they will hire him back (like K. King).
