I know one thing for sure, and that is when you re-hire someone that left the company beforehand, 8 out of 10 times you are paying them more than before.
She did a lot for McDonald’s? Give me a break, she got paid a kings ransom as div. pres. and shell get even richer coming back. What’s the worst thing for the McDonald’s system? O/Os who worship company people, that’s what.
As long as we are bring back former management, how about recruiting Kevin Reddy and Claire Babrowski to return ? BOTH were "let go" because they clashed with upper management, and that upper management was eventually shown to be wrong. Sure would be better than the recent surge of non-QSR experienced execs being hired !
