Mr.Betts always did like to make things up to suit his or McDonald's purposes. He didn't get to be President of Canada by not creating the "It's what the customer wants line". He's been known to fudge the facts. "Just sayin".
He could have saved the system millions by being honest in 2009 about McCafe.
