Alvarez was famous for being late to meetings. Unfortunately , this has spread to many if not most, current corporate McD employees.Its common for a field consultant or Dept head to be 30 minutes to two hours late for a scheduled meeting, without ever calling ahead to say they will be delayed. It is as if they have NO CONCERN for the VALUE of an operators time. Its as if WE work for them. And it is very RUDE
