I DONT ENVY THEIR REPLACEMENTS. THE US BUSINESS IS GOING TO stink TO HIGH HEAVEN THE NEXT THREE YEARS DUE TO TAX HIKES, COMMODITY COSTS, OBAMACARE, HIGH UNEMPLOYMENT AND CORPS CONTINUED PUSH TO REMODEL.MANY OPERATORS WILL FAIL.
Yesterday I put my stores up for sale. MCD has gotten way to expensive for operators to make the kind of money they are used to!! Does anyone have any ideas on new investment opportunities??
Now is a good time to get out....store prices are still high and there are still operators drinking the Corporate Kool-Aid and still think the more stores the better. I'm out after 45 years next month.

Will there be any 1,2, or 3 store Operators left in three years?
