now that skinner is the richest person in the history of mcd why don't we just borrow our remodel money directly from him and cut out the middleman?
Need to be consistent in application of NRBES, rebuilds vs. remodels. Pressure to rebuild varies from Operator to Operator.

Anyone promoting a stock split should run a chart and look at what happened to MCD in the three years after the last split (1999).
