It's too bad that markets like Michigan (McCafe for three years) and Kansas City (McCafe for almost two years) have to continue to participate in these giveaways. As if their customer base doesn't know they serve mochas.
Big investment - slow return - maybe over 5 to 10 years to build the business. Sales increases come from selling core menu.
