I get the sense that the Wall Street types
know more than the "Bridge Operating Platform",
the replacement for the MFY kitchens, than
domestic McDonald's Owner/Operators.
The analysts ask about it all the time and
this firm even mentions it in their latest

OK...call me stupid, but what is the Bridge Operating System??
On the July 2006 conference call Jim Skinner stated:
"The bridge operating platform is a customized solution that combines elements from our made-for-you and traditional grill direct systems in ways that are best suited to the needs of a particular restaurant. As the name suggests, it acts as a bridge to the flexible operating system of the future."
another chance for Bovis to rip us off!
Anything would be an improvement over MFY.
