Before Skinner "solves" the Worlds problems how about solving McDs problems? Start by selling McDs Corporate jets,cutting Golden parachutes, shining the light on the shady dealings of System Capital Corp, and firing pro-Union goons like Thompson and Whipple.
Actually Whipple left McDonald's several years ago and is now President of the National Council of Chain Restaurants (NCCR), a lobbying group based in DC. Of course MCD Corp is a member of the group so he still works for Oak Brook. One of the reasons a trade group like the NCCR exists is to make sure the feds don't pass legislation that gives any rights to franchise owners.
